Refund Policy

At Academic Origin, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching and learning experiences. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to request a refund.

1) Eligibility for Refund

• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the date of enrollment or payment.
• Refunds are only applicable for courses that have not been completed or where less than 25% of the course content has been accessed.
• Registration, admission, or administrative fees (if any) are non-refundable.

2) How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must visit our reception in person and speak with our administrative staff. Refunds cannot be processed via phone or email alone.

2nd Floor, Balaji Complex, Ratu Road, near Galaxia Mall, beside Canara Bank, Jawahar Nagar, Ranchi, Jharkhand 834005, India.

3) Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process within 7–10 business days. The amount will be returned to the original payment method or issued via cheque, as applicable.

4) Deductions

If any classes, study materials, or online resources have been accessed, the cost for these will be deducted from the refund amount based on our fee structure.

5) Non-Refundable Situations

• Requests made after 30 days from the date of enrollment/payment.
• Courses where more than 25% of the content has been accessed or completed.
• Special discounts, scholarships, or promotional enrollments.

Note: This policy applies to both online and offline courses offered by Academic Origin unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
